First Time Users
To access your email, visit the Outlook Web App.
During the first-time login with MFA, you will be prompted to enter additional details for setup. Choose between a phone call or a text message. After entering your phone number and selecting your preferred method, you will receive a call or text to verify your phone number.
Changing Your MFA Settings
If you need to update your MFA settings, visit Microsoft MFA Setup. Here you can change your sign-in methods and set your default authentication method. To add a new method, click "Add security info" and follow the steps.
Traveling Abroad Without a Phone or Text Plan
If you plan to travel without a phone or text plan, set up the Authenticator app beforehand to use it as an alternative method of authentication. For more details, visit our MFA page.
